The majority of mergers FAIL!
It is estimated that upwards of 70% of mergers either completely fail or never live up
to their planned results. Of course, some mergers shouldnt even occur. Different
managing styles, organization objectives and market conditions must be clearly understood
prior to undertaking a merger.

managed, etc. It provides a cultural portrait of each organization.
